Silverstone Place was designed with you in mind, offering both intermediate and skilled nursing care contoured to individual needs. Some individuals require skilled nursing for the short-term, while others need it for an extended period of time. In either case, senior residents and their families can rest easy knowing that the dedicated staff at Silverstone Place make nurturing their health and wellness the highest priority.

Our rehabilitative services provide exceptional medical care with the finest amenities. Therefore, you will be able to recharge, recover, and resume your life with renewed strength.
We will be allowing outside visitation with the following limitations:
- Outside visits will occur on the back side of the building under the canopy that is set up.
- Only 2 visitors are allowed to visit one resident at one time and must sign up in advance by calling the main phone line (573) 426-6200. There will be available 30 minute time slots M-F between the hours of 8AM-4PM.
- Visitors must wear a cloth face covering or facemask for the entirety of the visit. We ask that if you already have a cloth face covering or facemask that you utilize that in order for Silverstone Place to keep adequate supply levels. If you do not already have one, one will be provided for you. Residents will also be wearing a facemask for the entirety of the visit.
- Visitors must go directly to the canopy tent on the back side of the building. There will be a staff member that will perform a screen. Visitors must pass the requirements for screening in order to participate in outdoor visiting. The screening components are:
- Provide their name and contact information
- Not have an active diagnosis of COVID-19 positive. If a visitor has been diagnosed as COVID-19 positive, they must currently be asymptomatic and at least 10 days since disease onset.
- Have not been in contact with a person that is COVID-19 positive or a person that is suspected to be COVID-19 positive.
- Be afebrile (without fever).
- Be asymptomatic: no new shortness of breath, change in cough, sore throat.
- There will be a plexiglass divider between residents and visitors and social distancing will be maintained of at least 6 feet with seating designated to maintain such.
- Residents and visitors will perform hand hygiene before and after outdoor visits.
- The outdoor visitation area will be cleaned between each and every visit using an EPA approved disinfectant in accordance with instructions for dilution and contact times.
We will be allowing group activities in the facility with the following limitations:
- Group activities are limited to no more than groups of 10 residents, facilitated by the Silverstone Place Activities Department, on facility grounds.
- All group activities are performed with social distancing of at least 6 feet apart.
- Hand hygiene is required before and after each activity.
- Use of a cloth face covering or facemask is required to participate in group activities.
- Group activity areas will be cleaned between each and every group activity using an EPA approved disinfectant in accordance with instructions for dilution and contact times.
In the event that Silverstone Place does have a positive COVID-19 resident or staff, outdoor visits and group activities will be discontinued. The following are the requirements for Silverstone Place to conduct group activities and outdoor visiting.
- In order to allow outdoor facility visits and group activities, the facility must not have had any COVID-19 staff or resident cases, or there must have been two incubation periods (28 days total) since the last facility acquired COVID-19 positive case.
- Facility acquired cases include all staff who test positive and residents who test positive while residing in the facility.
- Outdoor facility visits and group activities are limited to only residents who are:
- COVID-19 negative or asymptomatic and not suspected to have COVID-19 OR
- Previously COVID-19 positive but have been released from isolation based on either the symptom based or test based strategy.
- Symptom based strategy: at least 3 days (72 hours) have passed since recovery defined as resolution of fever without the use of fever-reducing medications and improvement in respiratory symptoms (e.g. cough, shortness of breath); and at least 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared.
- Test-based strategy: resolution of fever without the use of fever-reducing medications and improvement in respiratory symptoms (e.g. cough, shortness of breath) and negative results of an FDA Emergency Use Authorized COVID-19 molecular assay for detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA from at least two consecutive respiratory specimens collected >24 hours apart (total of two negative specimens).
